The primary activities of the Emaar Group are property investment and development, shopping malls and retail, hospitality, property management and utility services. The Group has an international presence and provides both property development and managerial services. Emaar has been operating in 36 markets across the Middle East, Europe, North America, North Africa and Pan Asia.

The Opera District - Planned in Downtown Dubai, The Opera District will feature a venue for opera, concerts, theatre and exhibitions and will also house luxury hotels, stylish residential and serviced apartments, a retail plaza and recreational options.
Reem - Being developed on the Al Qudra road at the city outskirts, Reem is a townhome development. Mira and Mira Oasis are the already launched sub-communities in the area.
Dubai Creek Harbour - A joint venture between Emaar and Dubai Holding, Dubai Creek Harbour at The Lagoons is being planned as an ecologically responsible city with stunning views of the creek and the Dubai skyline.
