Town Square is a residential mega-project launched in early 2014 by Nshama. Town Square will be located further down the Al Qudra road, next to Emaar’s residential project, Reem. Upon completion, the Town Square residential community will include over 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments.
Nshama is a private real estate developer which recently started its operations in September 2014. Nshama is headed by ex-Emaar CEO Fred Durie who has been working in the region since almost three decades. Nshama focuses on building self-sufficient communities, malls & retail outlets, and 4 &5 star hotels.
With affordable residences as its primary attraction, the developer launched townhouses at a starting price of about AED 1 Million and apartments starting at AED 350,000. And with such prices and a promise of high-quality homes, Town Square is set to become a popular residential option for the mid-income segment working and living in Dubai. Town Square will feature over 350 retail stores, a Reel Cinemas, a luxury hotel (Vida) and ample open spaces.
The following sub-communities have been launched over the last one year in the Town Square community since its inception:
Zahra Townhouses are spacious and aesthetically designed three and four bedroom attached villas. Potential residents and investors have four types of townhouses to choose from. Zahra will feature tree-lined streets and green surroundings. Zahra townhouses were launched in March 2015 at a starting price of AED 999,888.
Hayat Townhouses were also launched in March 2015, immediately after the excellent investor response received for Zahra Townhouses. Hayat Townhouses will also feature three and four bedroom townhomes which will be available in eight types. The residences will be spacious, contemporary and promise to offer the best in community living to its potential residents.
These 300 value-apartments were launched in April 2015 at a very affordable price tag of AED 349,988 for a studio apartments, AED 499,988 for a 1-bedroom apartment, AED 699,988 for a 2-bedroom apartment and AED 999,988 for a 3-bedroom apartment. The Zahra apartment community will feature various facilities like a gym and swimming pool and the apartments will be designed in a contemporary style. There are a total of seven types available to choose from.
Safi Apartments is the latest installment of Nshama’s Town Square community. The pricing of the Studio & one, two & three bedroom apartments is similar to the Zahra apartments. Safi apartments were launched in May 2015 and will include swimming pools, four gyms, a spa, playgrounds, a medical clinic and a mosque.
