2014 trends in Arabian ranches showed a growth of 8% in Villa prices, although a .5% dip was seen through the last quarter of the year. Interestingly townhouses performed extremely well over the first three quarters of last year, with 8% overall increase, but showed a 2% dip in the last quarter, a trend that we hope will not continue. The average selling price for Villas in 2014 was approx. 1410 Dhs per sq. ft. and for townhouses 1350 Dhs per sq. ft.
Rental incomes across the Development vary from 4.8% - 5.5% these should continue to stay strong and show what a good investment Arabian Ranches properties are.
